Laura works mostly in watercolour, ink and coloured pencil, but also experiments with unusual tools and materials (bubble wrap, emulsion paint, sticks, teabags, squashed blackberries, paintbrush handles…). She often stands to draw and paints on the floor which injects an energy and playfulness to her drawings. Laura's artwork has been licensed worldwide for greeting cards, gift-wrap, mugs, homeware and fine art prints. Her book cover illustration for André Alexis’ novel Fifteen Dogs was nominated for the V&A Illustration Awards 2016.
